Fares 

V14OW – 14-Day Advance Purchase
A $75 ca. change fee if class of service is still available will be applied for all changes of routing or date of departure up to 2 hours prior to departure. This fare is non refundable. Online or Call Centre purchasing of the fare must be made no later than 14 days prior to date of departure from the departing point of the intended itinerary. Stopovers and rerouting are not permitted. Open ticket purchasing is not permitted. Wait listing is not permitted.

Q7OW – 7-Day Advance Purchase
A $75 ca. change fee if class of service is still available will be applied for all changes of routing or date of departure up to 2 hours prior to departure, with or without ticket re-issuance. This fare is non refundable. Online or Call Centre purchasing of the fare must be made no later than 7 days prior to date of departure from the departing point of the intended itinerary. Stopovers and rerouting are not permitted. Open ticket purchasing is not permitted.

BOW – 1-Day Advance Purchase
A $75 ca. change fee if class of service is still available will be applied for all changes of routing or date of departure up to 2 hours prior to departure, with or without ticket re-issuance This fare is non refundable. Online or Call Centre purchasing of the fare must be made no later than 1 day prior to date of departure from the departing point of the intended itinerary. Stopovers and rerouting are not permitted. Wait listing is not permitted.

Y – Full Fare
No change fee. This fare is refundable. No advance purchasing required. Ticket must be purchased 2 hours prior to schedule departure time of the intended itinerary. Stopovers are not permitted. Rerouting is permitted. Open return is permitted.

Fees, Taxes, and Surcharges

All Air Labrador fares are subject to surcharges. This may include Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), Quebec Sales Tax (QST), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Nav Canada Fuel Insurance (NFI), Security Tax (ATSC), and Airport Improvement Fees (AIF), where applicable.

ID REQUIREMENTS
Before leaving for the airport, make sure to have all the proper identification and travel documents required by law. If you do not, you will not be allowed to board the aircraft.

All passengers must present one of the following before boarding:

  • 1 piece of valid government-issued photo ID with your name, date of birth, and gender, or
  • 2 pieces of valid government-issued ID without photo, with one of them indicating your name, date of birth, and gender.

Please note that the name on the ID must match the name on your boarding pass. Any difference may result in your being denied clearance to board.

Examples of valid government-issued identification documents:

  • Passport
  • Citizenship Card
  • Permanent-Resident Card
  • Driver’s License
  • Provincial Healthcare Card
  • Provincial or Territorial Government Identification Cards (GICs)
  • Birth Certificate

Check in Times

Don’t miss your flight.
We strongly advise you to arrive at the airport a minimum of 1 hour prior to your flight so you have enough time to check-in, drop off your baggage, and go through security.

If you arrive after the times indicated, your boarding may be denied. Air Labrador is not responsible for missed flights, transfers, or any portion of onward travel due to late arrival at the gate.

Air Labrador reserves the right and is obliged by law to refuse passengers under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs as determined by our staff for the safety of the flight.

Security

Safe travels.
We strive to ensure your travel experience with us is a safe and enjoyable one. Here is some helpful information you can use when you are going through airport security.

Allowed in your carry-on baggage:

  • Liquids, gels, or aerosols in containers 100ml/90g or less.
  • All containers must be contained in a clear, closed, and reusable plastic bag, at a size of one liter (1L) or smaller.
  • Only one plastic bag per passenger.

 Not allowed in your carry-on baggage:

  • Liquids, gels, or aerosols in containers larger than 100ml / 90g.
  • Containers of any size, if they are in unsealed, open, or opaque plastic bags of any size.

 Exceptions:

  • Baby Formula, baby food, and milk for any passenger travelling with children under the age of 2.
  • Prescription and essential nonprescription medicines.
